Prototype Machining 

With the ability to fine-tune the designs accurately, it is now paramount that the theoretical connecting rod design is replicated exactly in the physical component. Prototype connecting rods can be manufactured in volumes of 20 up to several hundred. To ensure accurate physical testing, all prototypes are manufactured using a Make Like Production philosophy. Once a component design has been established, various machining line techniques can be employed to design, build and install a manufacturing facility providing the best in class products. All design data is transferred electronically to the forging companies for download to the die manufacturing machines.
